Consider implementing the project as you set an order and a day for every person. This way people will have more time to think about their causes and share their thoughts. We found out that 3 days is not enough time for bigger teams.

Our latest discovery on “New Theia” is that it doesn’t go as smoothly with remote teams as with physical teams. This was quite interesting because we tested the project with several teams from around 10-12 people each team. People that used to work together in the same office have different habits and attitude and this project was working amazingly well – all the teams were so engaged, they changed their communication with one another and so on – great results. Hi, I’m leading a tech team of 13 people and I’ve tried the ‘New Theia’ project last week. I gave the task to my people everyone shared the cause they cared most about. It was absolutely surprising for me to look at these people from a different angle.. I figured out that they have very different interests – something I haven’t even thought about.
We all supported everyone’s cause and now we are still working on what matters to every person. People enjoyed this activity a lot. Thank you and hope this feedback is helpful!
